FAIRY WITH ROBIN ON NEST

This fairy is sitting and chatting with a robin on a nest. Robins are such a wonderful little bird, having a big personality, a wonderful song and being very significant in people's lives.

This piece was commissioned as a Christmas gift for a mum.  The robin represents her husband who is no longer with her and in the nest are eggs that represent her children.

I mounted this piece on some bog oak.

This fairy would have been about 450mm if standing.
