Fear na Coillte Chainsaw Sculptures Carving of Lighthouse in Co Dublin. Mariner's Court.

This piece was commissioned by a Management Company for a block of apartments.  A large Marcracarpa had to be taken down and they decided to keep a large stump and contacted me to discuss.  As these apartments overlook the sea, we decided to go for a lighthouse.  I loosely based the design on the famous Fastnet Lighthouse off the coast of Co Cork.  The management company are going to place a solar light in the top.
